Job Description

Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, starting at 7:00AM
Compensation: $60,000–$100,000 annually
Location: Mequon, WI | In person

We are looking for a highly skilled, motivated Manager to oversee daily operations at our Mequon office. This role includes supervising staff, coordinating medical supply pickups, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring items are carefully inspected.

This position would best suit a self-starter with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep a busy office organized. You should be comfortable working with people from all walks of life and handling day-to-day challenges professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily office operations and staff assignments.
• Train and support employees, communicate expectations, and follow up on tasks.
• Coordinate pickup schedules and communicate with couriers and designated locations.
• Ensure medical supplies are inspected and accurately documented.
• Maintain organized inventory records and office paperwork.
• Resolve operational issues and help improve office procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous management, supervisory, or office operations experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• MUST be detail-oriented, especially when inspecting items and reviewing records.
• MUST be able to learn procedures, follow instructions, and work independently.
• MUST be familiar with Milwaukee and surrounding areas.
• MUST have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
