We provide paid training and opportunities to advance into Lead Technician, Crew Chief, and management positions.ResponsibilitiesAssist with water, fire, smoke, and mold damage restorationPerform demolition, debris removal, and job site cleanupSet up and monitor drying equipment including dehumidifiers and air moversRemove damaged drywall, flooring, insulation, and other building materialsPack, move, clean, and organize customer belongingsFollow company safety procedures and wear protective equipment when requiredDocument job progress and communicate updates to supervisorsProvide excellent customer service while working in homes and businessesSupport Lead Technicians and Crew Chiefs on restoration projectsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredValid driver's license with a clean driving record preferredStrong work ethic and willingness to learnAbility to work in a team environmentGood communication and customer service skillsDependable, punctual, and professionalNo experience required.
