Dual-degree OMS surgeon | Coastal NC
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $550000.00 - $580000.00

This is a rare opportunity for a dual-degree OMS surgeon with a focus on facial trauma, reconstruction, head & neck/maxillofacial oncology, and microvascular surgery. The practice offers immediate surgical volume, strong APP support, significant autonomy, and opportunities for research.

Opportunity Highlights

·Up to $580,000 Base salary + 50K Sign on Bonus + 10K relocation

·2-year salary guarantee, followed by an RVU-based compensation model

·Realistic earning potential of $750,000–$850,000 once fully productive

·Approximately 95% OR-based

·Hospital moving from Level 2 to Level 1 Trauma designation

·Established referral base and broad reconstructive/oncologic case mix

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with:

·Craniomaxillofacial trauma and reconstruction

·Microvascular reconstruction

·Head & neck/maxillofacial oncology

·Benign maxillofacial pathology

·Ablative surgery

Schedule & Call

·Initial call expectation of 7–10 days/month, with a long-term goal of approximately 1 week/month (1:4)

·APPs manage first call and trauma triage

·Trauma service is primarily consultative
